Welcome to my blog

Hi. I'm Monty. Welcome to my blog. I'm a 2 year old red Burmese cat and I thought it would be cool to become a cyber cat, just like the cat on the Telecom ads. So I started a blog to tell the world about what I get up to.

This morning I was woken up very early by one of my servants. She came downstairs and opened the cat flap for me, then left. I wandered around in the garden for a while looking for something to play with but then I heard her car pull up so I raced back inside. To my surprise she got back into my bed and went back to sleep. I was a bit cold from being outside so I climbed into bed with her and my other servant and went back to sleep. It was nice and snuggly so I didn't mind sharing my bed with them.

When they had both left for the day I can out of my bed to check the food bowl. EMPTY! How could they forget me? Do they expect me to go outside and catch my own food? Back up to the bed for some more sleep. I was nice and warm this time so I slept on top of the bed.

Most days in the middle of the day my man servant comes home to see me. Today was no different, he came upstairs to see me, then went back downstairs to feed me. But he forgot again! Instead he threw a ball for me to chase, I can't chase a ball on an empty stomach! He threw it again and it hit me in the nose. The big meanie! He did pick me up and scratch my chin, so I suppose that's alright.

My lady servant came home not long after and she did remember to feed me! Yay! I was so hungry and I was even happier when she fed me my favourite food, T/D. It's big and crunchy and yummy.

I might spend the afternoon outside, or I might just sleep some more, I haven't decided yet. I wonder when my servants will be back?
